1. Welcome to Woodwhistle Toys

These terms explain the rules for using our website and purchasing our handcrafted items. When you use our site or buy a toy from us, you agree to follow these rules. We keep things simple and fair, ensuring you know exactly what to expect from our workshop.

2. The Nature of Handmade Items

Every marionette and wooden toy we make is carved, painted, and assembled by hand using natural materials. Because of this, you may notice small differences in wood grain, color shades, and minor details compared to the pictures on our website. These variations are not defects; they are the natural charm that makes your toy completely unique.

3. Orders and Payments

When you place an order for our standard toys, payment is required in full before we pack your item. We use secure payment systems to process your purchase safely.

For custom marionette orders, we will discuss the design and agree on a final price together. We require a deposit before we start carving. Custom orders are a special commitment, and once the wood is cut, the deposit cannot be refunded.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We pack every toy carefully in secure boxes to keep them safe during travel. Delivery times vary depending on where you live. When you buy a toy, we will give you an estimated time of arrival. Please understand that once the package leaves our workshop, slight delivery delays are out of our control.

5. Returns and Cancellations

We want you to love your Woodwhistle toy. If you receive a standard shop item and are not happy with it, you may contact us within 14 days to arrange a return. The toy must be in its original, unplayed condition. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Because custom orders are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or canceled once the crafting process has started, unless the item arrives damaged.
